Chestnut and Peanut are our guinea pigs. We rescued them and adopted them into our family on April
23, 2007. These sisters were dumped at a pet store because their previous owner had too many guinea pigs and couldn't
take care of them. They were only 2 months old at the time. We call them our "chatterbox twins"
because they are always making different noises to each other. On top of their normal chatter, their vocabulary
also includes: chirps, squeaks, squeals, screeches, and purrs! There is never a dull moment around these two!
